Turkey Apple Salad
Summer is such an awesome season, especially here in Michigan. There's just so much to do from going to the beach, checking out farmer's markets, hiking, and the list goes on and on. That leaves me on the constant lookout for easy to prepare meals that involve little to no cooking.
Cranberry Apple Relish
We all love the canned cranberry relish, which always comes out looking so delicious....Okay, so maybe not. Last year, my dad found a recipe for this delicious cranberry relish and ever since then I've been craving it. Normally I am not a big fan of cranberries, but this relish had a great balance of sweet and tart and since it contains all fresh ingredients, it's very good. Not to mention it's quite pretty too, unlike it's canned counterpart.

I began formulating ways to make it gluten-free without too much of a hassle, since preparing a Thanksgiving feast can be quite time consuming anyway. After some contemplation I thought up the idea for using Udi's Mighty Bagels.
