There are so many resources out there now on Celiac Disease that it's almost overwhelming sometimes. When I was first diagnosed in 2008 though, that was definitely not the case. If you "Googled" 'gluten' you came up with a few resources and maybe a couple forums. It became apparent right away that I was on my own with trying to figure out how to eat GF.
