Lazy Gluten Free: Annual Holiday Baking 2012

Annual Holiday Baking 2012

Every year I look forward to the day when my mom, sister, and I gather to bake a variety of holiday goodies. This tradition is always a blast that includes making messes and lots of laughs. I wanted to share our creations with all of you since our annual holiday baking has been strictly gluten-free ever since my diagnosis. This makes for an added challenge, but a much more accomplished feeling when we step back and admire our work at the end. So here you have it, our holiday spread. If you would like a recipe, just comment below and I will be more than happy to share it with you.

Melted Snowman Cookies
I found these hilarious cookies on Pinterest and insisted to my mom that we make them. She agreed. They were so much fun to make!

Gluten-free Biscotti
These delightfully crunchy and almond-flavored treats are delicious.

Peppermint Bark
One of my dad's favorites, and an annual tradition, peppermint bark has been on our treat list for the past several years.

Chocolate Fudge
Need I say more?

Frosted Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
These rich cookies are from an old Nestle Toll House cookie book my mom has, and they are sooo good!

I hope your holiday baking was just as successful as ours. Merry Christmas!!
