Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream Bars

One of my favorite things about summer is all the ice cream, not to mention, July is national Ice Cream Month. What better way to celebrate than with a wonderful ice cream treat swirled with peanut butter and topped with decadent chocolate? I made this treat for our little Fourth of July celebration, and it was an instant hit. Everyone had a hard time eating just one piece, so we all had two. It was relatively easy to put together, and it tasted like I spent hours making it. Can't complain about that. I will definitely be making this simple and delicious treat again soon!

Gluten Free Chocolate Cobbler

This amazing gluten free chocolate cobbler is any chocolate lover's dream. It's moist, gooey, chocolatey, and very delicious!  It had occurred to me that I haven't posted a dessert in quite some time (sorry!), so I am making it up to you with this super delicious chocolate cobbler. Serve it warm with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream, and you will have yourself a very decadent dessert.

Gluten-Free Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

When I found out that Reese's Peanut Butter Cups were gluten-free, it was like Christmas come early. Reese's have always been one of my favorite chocolate treats. Salty peanut butter surrounded by a sweet, delicious, milk chocolate shell, what's not to love?? When I came across a recipe on Pinterest for homemade peanut butter cups, I knew I had to try them.

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cupcakes

I will take almost any excuse to bake. When I found out today was "National Chocolate Cupcake Day", I figured that was as good of an excuse as I could get to bake. I don't recall the last time that I made cupcakes anyway, so this worked out perfect since I am probably well overdue.

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

I am not usually one for "from-scratch" recipes, however, there are some occasions that require a bit of culinary "showing-off", and making a cake from scratch is necessary. Especially a gluten-free cake.
