Lazy Gluten Free: Gluten Free Pizza (King Arthur Crust)

Gluten Free Pizza (King Arthur Crust)

If you have gluten intolerance, you know just how hard it can be to find good tasting pizza crust. Most of them can be dry, crumbly, and not at all satisfying. I have tried many different crusts over the past several years, and by far, King Arthur's Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix is the absolute best I have ever had.

This crust is not at all crumbly, and has a great taste and consistency. Another bonus is that it makes two 12-14 inch crusts so you can have one pizza now and one later! Making the crusts took about an hour and a half, but it was well worth the time for good gluten-free pizza. I made one round crust and one square crust, and they both turned out perfect.

You can purchase the pizza crust mix online by clicking here: King Arthur Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix

Simply follow the directions for the crusts exactly as they are written on the back of the box, and top with whatever pizza toppings you like.

My toppings included:
1 green bell pepper
1 small sweet onion
1 package of baby bella mushrooms
2 - 8 oz bags Kraft Mozzarella Cheese (1 for each pizza)
2 jars Prego Pizzeria Style Pizza Sauce
3/4 package Hormel Original Pepperoni
1 package Hormel Pizza Toppings Italian Sausage Crumbles

Enjoy!!
